Exchange Eligibility
To request an exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Important:
Exchanges will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
The video must be continuous, with no cuts, edits, or pauses.
Size-Related Exchanges (Shoes & Clothing)
If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact
Exchange request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery
A clear unboxing video is required
Watches, Sunglasses & Other Accessories
Exchange is only accepted if:
The product is delivered damaged or defective
A proper unboxing video is provided as proof
Exchange Not Accepted If
No unboxing video is provided
The product is used
Damage is caused by customer handling
Delivery failed due to wrong address or customer unavailability
